Your Questions, Answered

  • I offer three types of services:

    • Personal financial coaching — for individuals who want clarity and confidence around their personal finances. Available as a one-time strategy session or a 3- or 6-month coaching program.

    • Business financial coaching — for small business owners and solopreneurs who want to understand their numbers, improve cash flow, and make better financial decisions. Available as a 3-month program with an optional maintenance program for graduates.

    • Bookkeeping — for businesses that need accurate, organized financial records handled by someone with deep technical expertise. Can be offered as a standalone service or alongside business coaching.

See the individual service pages for full details on what’s included in each.

  • Financial coaching helps you understand your money, make confident financial decisions, and create a plan that aligns with your goals. Whether you’re managing day-to-day finances or working through a specific challenge, coaching helps you feel empowered and in control of your financial future.

  • Financial coaching focuses on behavior, habits, and day-to-day money decisions.

    • Financial advisors typically focus on investments and wealth management.

    • Financial planners often create long-term financial plans and projections.

    • Financial coaches help you manage cash flow, build confidence, and take consistent action toward your goals.

Coaching is ideal if you want clarity, structure, and support — without being sold financial products or told what to do.

  • I work with two main groups:

    • Individuals and solopreneurs who want to get clear on their personal finances — budgeting, cash flow, spending patterns, savings goals, and building the confidence to make financial decisions without second-guessing everything.

    • Small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to understand the financial side of running their business — cash flow, profitability, decision-making support, and building systems that give them real visibility into their numbers.

I also offer bookkeeping services for businesses that need accurate, organized records. Bookkeeping can be added on alongside coaching or as a standalone service.

  • Not at all.
My clients range from people just starting to get organized to those earning solid incomes but wanting better systems, direction, or confidence.

If you’re motivated to improve your relationship with money, you’re in the right place.

  • Every session is different because every client’s situation is different — that’s intentional. Sessions aren’t scripted or curriculum-driven. They’re built around what’s actually happening in your financial life right now.

In a typical session we might review your spending from the past month, work through a specific financial decision you’re facing, adjust your budget based on something that changed, or tackle a mindset block that keeps coming up. The agenda is always shaped by where you are and what you need most.

  • Coaching sessions are performed virtually.

  • What support do I get between sessions?

Regular email support is included in all coaching programs. If a question comes up, a financial decision lands in your lap, or something just doesn’t feel right about your numbers between sessions, you can reach out. You’re not on your own between calls.

Check-ins are also built into the program structure to keep momentum going and make sure we’re adjusting as your situation evolves.

  • Yes. I offer a 2-hour Strategy Session for personal financial coaching clients who want:

    • A financial reset

    • A second set of eyes on their money

    • Clear next steps without a long-term commitment

Many clients use this as a starting point before moving into a longer program.

  • No. Bookkeeping can be its own standalone service — you don’t need to be enrolled in a coaching program to work with me on your books. That said, many business coaching clients find that having both in one place (clean books plus the coaching support to understand what they mean) is a natural fit.
